WHY INVEST IN ART?

What kind of investments are constantly growing? And sometimes even exploding in value. My answer: Among very few other commodities this is THE ART.

Observing steady value growth of your collected art without your doing anything, your art offers you even something else. You can enjoy daily its positive and aesthetic influence, occasionally even a considerable impact on (y)our mood, mind, feelings, psyche, ways of thinking and acting and in general, on (y)our way of life and your happiness.

What else is interesting and valuable on art? It is not being consumed, i. e. reduced in its shape, volume or substance. It is also not wearing off like some other type of investments, needing and requiring daily attention and care, in order to ensure the growth of the value or at least to avoid its value decrease and/or loss(es).

What else?

You can even make money with the art apart of the obvious risky way by buying and selling. How? Very simple. By giving to other people a possibility to have a look at it. They will gladly pay an entrance fee or give a donation/contribution to support the smooth and successful functioning of your museum.

There are not so many commodities having such extraordinary qualities. After all above you may ask me, why I do not do this myself. Correct guess? Well, I have been doing this for more than 44 years. I have realized my dreams, my ambitions with that project. Apart of that and in addition to that I have other ambitions and wishes as well. In my age – I am 81 now – it is not strange, but true normal and logical to be realistic to discover and realize that the remaining period of time I still might have for other activities is rapidly getting shorter. Even if you are in good health, as I have been till now. Even if I am such a stubborn “never giving up person”. Now is the time for someone else to get and enjoy the very best from that, what I have done till now. Go ahead and GOOD LUCK!
